When you enquire, apply for a franchise, or sign up for membership, we collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and any message content. If you sign in to a Torque account, we receive your email, phone number, or Google profile details from our authentication provider (Firebase). Members enrolled at a branch also have attendance and biometric check-in records tied to their membership, used solely for access control at that branch.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, process franchise applications, manage memberships and class bookings, and improve our programs. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Local Storage

The site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and essential local storage for sign-in flows (including Google and phone verification). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google) for account sign-in and Google reCAPTCHA to secure phone verification. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Franchise and contact enquiries may be shared internally with our operations team to respond to your request.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry and account information for as long as needed to respond to your request or provide the service you signed up for, and as required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and older. Minors may train at our branches only under a parent or guardian's membership and consent.
