High-intensity interval circuits combining kettlebells, battle ropes, and bodyweight work to build serious conditioning.

Foundations

A coach-led introduction to barbell and machine movement patterns — ideal for your first month at Torque.

Treadmill intervals, cycle sprints, and rowing circuits designed to build cardiovascular endurance and burn fat efficiently.
